Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with WATI Pro. If the platform doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy outlined below.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)
If you are a first-time paid subscriber, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment — no questions asked.
- This applies only to the first paid invoice on your account.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe card, bank transfer, or supported gateway).
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month.
- No partial-month refunds after the 7-day guarantee window.
- You may cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower one takes effect at the next renewal date.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans offer a discounted rate and are billed once per year.
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first annual payment.
- After 7 days, if you cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a prorated refund for the unused months.
- Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for a refund, but your access continues until the end of the annual term.
4. Bank Transfer & Manual Payments
If you paid via manual bank transfer, refunds are processed back to the originating bank account. You must provide a valid IBAN or account number for the refund. Processing may take 10–15 business days due to bank clearing cycles.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:
- Add-on credit packs, top-ups, or message bundles (once purchased).
- API overage charges or burst-usage fees.
- Setup fees, onboarding calls, or custom development work.
- Coupons, discount codes, or promotional credits (these have no cash value).
- Accounts terminated for abuse, spam, or violation of our Terms of Service.
6. WhatsApp Number Bans
We cannot issue refunds if your WhatsApp number is restricted or banned by Meta/WhatsApp due to policy violations (spam, unsolicited messaging, or illegal content). You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service while using WATI Pro.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@wati.pro from the email address associated with your WATI Pro account.
- Include your account email, invoice number (if available), and the reason for the refund request.
- Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative with you.
8. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment is disputed or charged back through your bank or card issuer, your account may be immediately suspended until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to deny future refunds to accounts with a history of chargebacks.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Major changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 14 days in advance.
