Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WATI Pro at wati.pro. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

1. The service

WATI Pro is a self-serve platform for connecting WhatsApp devices, managing contacts, and running message campaigns. We provide the software and infrastructure; you provide the content and contacts.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Provide accurate signup information and keep your password safe.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WATI Pro to:

  • Send spam, scams, phishing, malware, or content prohibited by WhatsApp.
  • Message users who have not given prior consent.
  • Promote illegal goods, hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without our written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Plans and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency and may include taxes where applicable.
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Manual bank-transfer payments are activated by an admin after verification.

Refunds are at our sole discretion and generally not provided for partial months.

5. WhatsApp relationship

WATI Pro is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms. You remain fully responsible for complying with WhatsApp's own terms when using your linked devices.

6. Content ownership

You own your contacts, templates, and messages. We only process them to operate the service for you. We own the software, branding, and aggregated analytics.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (WhatsApp, payment providers), or force-majeure events may cause downtime. The service is provided "as is".

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or account suspensions by WhatsApp.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or for prolonged non-payment.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which WATI Pro is operated. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
